No-Return / No-Refund Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2025

Scope: This policy applies to all digital products (including eBooks, downloadable content) and online courses sold through PinardPublishing.com (“the Platform”).

1. Overview

All sales of digital goods and online courses on the Platform are final. Because digital products and courses are delivered immediately or made available for streaming/download after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is completed.

By completing a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return/no-refund policy.

2. Definitions

Digital Goods: eBooks, downloadable files, audio/video files, or any non-physical content sold on the Platform.

Courses: Any online course, webinar, or access to a learning platform sold through the Platform.

Purchase: The completion of a payment transaction for Digital Goods or Courses.

3. No Return / No Refund

Purchases of Digital Goods and Courses are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided after the purchase is completed.

All sales are considered completed at the time the transaction is processed and the product is made accessible to the purchaser.

4. Exceptions & Support

While purchases are final, we maintain a customer support process for legitimate technical issues or access problems. Examples where support may be provided (at our discretion) include:

Delivery failure (file not downloadable due to technical error),

Corrupted or defective file, or

Account access issues preventing the purchaser from accessing a purchased course.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact support at support@pinardpublishing.com within 14 days of purchase with the order number, email used to purchase, and a description of the issue. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement file, course access remediation, or a credit toward another product — not a cash refund.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of purchase and delivery. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in jurisdictions where such rights cannot be waived. Where local consumer protection laws provide a right to refund for digital content, we will comply with applicable law.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may modify this policy at any time; modifications will be posted with an updated effective date. For purchases completed prior to a policy change, the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase applies.
